About me

I am a 40-year-old counselor based in Vienna, with diverse life experiences that enrich my practice. My journey has taken me to the UK and Innsbruck, where I connected with people from various cultures and backgrounds. These experiences have been invaluable in my national and international counseling work in both German and English.

After many years in technology and business, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery and realized that my true calling was psychology. Having always been drawn to it, I found myself naturally providing counsel to family, friends, acquaintances, and colleagues from a young age. This realization led me to pursue certification and turn my passion into my profession. Supporting people in their search, development, and struggles is deeply fulfilling for me.

My approach is holistic, drawing from my psychological education, Tao spirituality, meditation practices, and sports. I prioritize my own mental and physical well-being through activities like hiking, which helps me connect with nature, stay fit, and clear my mind. As a certified mountain guide, I also plan to offer unique counseling sessions that combine hiking, meditation, and mindfulness in nature, providing a refreshing and calming experience. Through my psychological education, interest in Tao spirituality, meditation and sports I contribute to my own mental and physical health. For me hiking is not only a means to connect with nature, but also an opportunity to stay in shape and cleanse my mind. Therefore, you can meet me often in the mountains and nature. Combined with my education as certified mountain guide I am planning to offer counselling together with hiking and meditation as well as mindfulness practice in nature, which can provide an energizing and calming atmosphere.
